New and Pre-Owned Vehicles
For new and pre-owned vehicles, Extended Care Premium and Extended Care Plus coverage options are available with a variety of terms and deductibles. Extended Care Premium provides protection on over 5,000 mechanical components. Extended Care Plus extends coverage on over 800 powertrain and major components. Both plans can be purchased via the sales hotline, or your local dealership. Be sure to ask about interest-free payment options.

When can I purchase FlexCare Vehicle Protection for a new vehicle?
Plans can be purchased anytime within 3 years and 36,000 miles of the vehicle's warranty start date (the date the vehicle was delivered to its original owner).
*Surcharges may apply after 1 year or 12,000 miles.
When can I purchase FlexCare Vehicle Protection for a pre-owned vehicle?
Plans can be purchased on vehicles that are no more than 10 model years old with an odometer that reads less than 150,000 miles, or less than 125,000 miles for vehicles with a 5-year/60,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty provided by the manufacturer. Your dealer will complete a vehicle inspection to ensure the vehicle is eligible for coverage.
Guaranteed Automotive Protection (GAP)
GAP is also available for new and pre-owned vehicles at time of purchase. GAP picks up where your automobile insurance falls short by bridging the "financial gap" between what you owe on your vehicle and what your insurance will pay. GAP, MultiCare, and Lease Wear & Tear can only be sold at time of vehicle sale.

Lease Vehicles
For leased vehicles, Lease Wear and Tear is available to protect against excessive wear and tear charges for a variety of interior and exterior items up to specified limits. Includes paint, upholstery, and audio equipment damage, as well as exterior surface dents, excess tire wear, and much more.

All Vehicles
ROAD HAZARD TIRE AND WHEEL
One-of-a-kind plan offering full repair or replacement coverage for all four tires and wheels (damages due to road hazard conditions), plus mounting, balancing, and stems (OEM and aftermarket tires and wheels).
Plans range from 2-7 years and may be purchased on vehicles with an odometer reading less than 100,000 miles if the vehicle is less than 10 model years old.
AUTO APPEARANCE
Auto Appearance Care uses a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) process that works from behind your vehicle's metal panels to flex and mold the metal back to its original form. Experienced, nationally certified PDR technicians use specialized tools to repair your vehicle's damages without the use of painting, sanding, or body fillers.
Plans range from 1-5 years.
MULTICARE
Offering Tire & Wheel coverage, Cosmetic Wheel coverage, Curb Damage coverage, Paintless Dent Repair, Windshield Repair, Key Replacement, Roadside Assistance, and Interior/Exterior Repair. in a variety of bundles and up to 7 years coverage. Covers damage caused by car washes, construction, metal plates on the road, and other sources that are often excluded by other plans.
